Robot handling system for tempering bed loading and unloading (RHH)

With the robot handling system for tempering bed loading and unloading, stationary sorting takes place fully automatically.

The robot picks up the glass sheet for “Pick and Place” or “Drag and Drop” mode. With the “Pick and Place” function, small sheets are lifted into the specified position. Conversely, large sheets are pushed with the “Drag and Drop” function into the specified position via the air cushion. The glass sheet is rotated or offset laterally if necessary, and subsequently moved into the position specified by the GPS.autofab for transfer to the tempering oven.
